How do I request a Letter of Acceptance?

Open Request LoA and fill in your journal, submission, article, and author details. Your request will be reviewed by the editorial team.

Where can I find my statement and payment page?

Use the personal link supplied by your editorial team. If you no longer have it, contact the publisher to request the link again.

Can I sign the statement without printing it?

Yes. Draw your signature on screen or upload a PNG/JPG image up to 2 MB. Review and agree to the declarations before submitting. The signed statement is then available as a PDF.

Which payment proof files are accepted?

Upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF file up to 5 MB. Make sure the amount, date, and destination account are readable. Payment is confirmed after admin verification.

How do I verify a LoA?

Enter its registration number on the verification page to check it against our records.
